To help us achieve that goal we are looking for service department professionals who share our vision that satisfying the customer is job #1. This position is being created for our GM (Buick-GMC) dealership.

Specific leadership qualities are required: Integrity, total commitment, result-focus, listens to understand and pride in themselves and the mission. 

Experience in service department procedures is important…familiarity with GM Global Warranty is preferred.

Requirements:

• Knowledge of Dealership DMS systems


• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
