As a Warranty Technician at Tilson Homes, you'll work alongside our Customer Care Representatives to bring our clients home up to standard. Your role will be vital in providing exceptional service and support throughout the warranty coverage period.

Requirements

• Provide hands-on repairs in the client's home including but not limited to tile work, door adjustments, roof leaks and sheetrock repairs
• Communicate and assist with coordinating service with other trades/vendors as needed.
• Identify and analyze recurring warranty issues and work with Construction to develop ways to prevent them.
• Work effectively with homeowners to ensure resolution of issues within warranty coverage period or as assigned by Manager.
• Maintain a clean and safe work space

Our ideal candidate is a customer-focused individual passionate about the homebuilding industry. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with some experience in handyman/repair work. Experience in homebuilding industry preferred.
