Job Description - Warranty/Service Manager

Well established construction company located in Kissimmee is hiring for immediate need. Position requires the candidate to have construction knowledge, hands-on skill and scheduling experience. This is a supervisory position that involves overseeing the daily operations of a service department; scheduling and managing labor and materials.

Must be highly organized.
Must be knowledgeable in use, repair and training for equipment such as power washers and paint
Scheduling and managing labor and materials.
Maintaining high customer satisfaction with internal and external clients.
Ability to multi-task and willingness to learn.
QuickBooks knowledge is recommended.

This is a full-time position in office hours 7:00am to 3:30pm Monday through Friday. Our Company offers health care benefits, 401 k, paid vacation time and Holidays. Bilingual English/Spanish encouraged to apply. Many opportunities to grow.
