Buckeye Linen Service, Inc. is hiring a Wash Aisle Lead to run day-to-day wash floor operations and lead a small team of production associates. It's a hands-on role built as a stepping stone — if you want real experience scheduling loads, coordinating a crew, and keeping production moving before stepping into a supervisory or operations role, we want to talk to you.
What You'll Do
Lead and assign daily tasks to a team of 2–3 production associates, keeping work accurate and on schedule
Schedule wash loads and coordinate drying schedules to keep production flowing efficiently
Sort and process linen and textile products according to established procedures
Inspect products for cleanliness, quality, damage, and proper condition
Operate production equipment safely and efficiently, following training
Monitor chemical inventory levels
Fold, package, and prepare finished products for customer delivery
Follow company safety procedures and use required personal protective equipment
Keep the work area clean, organized, and hazard-free
What You Need
Dependable and highly motivated, with a genuine interest in growing into a leadership role
Able to handle physically demanding work in a fast-paced production environment
Willing to learn basic scheduling and workflow coordination
Able to assign tasks and manage a small team's workflow throughout the day
Able to follow established procedures and safety guidelines
Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
Manufacturing, production, or wash/laundry experience preferred but not required
