Job Description - Wash Crew / Lot Porter [Full-Time]

When a customer pulls into Twin Falls Subaru, the first thing they notice isn't a salesperson - it's a row of clean, gleaming Subarus catching the Idaho sun. That's your work. And it matters.

About Us

We're a tight-knit dealership built on the same things Subaru drivers love: dependability, community, and showing up for each other. The team here takes real pride in what we put on the lot, and we're growing our wash crew with people who feel the same way.

The Role

Your main job is keeping our new and used inventory looking its best - washing and drying vehicles so every car on the lot is showroom-ready when a customer walks up. When the lot is dialed in (or when Idaho winter shuts down outdoor washing), you'll jump in with the detail department and pitch in wherever the team needs you. No two weeks look exactly the same, and that's part of the fun.

Who You Are

Hard worker who takes pride in clean, finished work

Eye for detail - water spots and streaks bug you

Reliable, on time, and ready to put in a full shift

Cool with Idaho weather and shifting tasks through the seasons

Team player who pitches in without being asked

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
