Washbay Associate

Title: Washbay Associate
Location: Canby, OR

Wilson Construction has an immediate opening for a Washbay Associate to clean various utility equipment and trucks, and maintain washbay equipment in an indoor, temperature controlled bay.

Ideal candidates will have prior experience in a construction mechanical environment or similar position.

Job Requirements:
• Positive, can-do attitude;
• Self-motivated;
• Hard working;
• Reliability and dependability;
• Willing to work overtime and some weekends;
• Ability to observe and maintain safety standards;
• Clean driving record;
• Must be over 18 years of age;
• Some mechanical aptitude; and
• Excellent communication skills.

Physical Requirements:
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and carry the same for short distances and up and down stairs and steep inclines.
• Ability to sit in awkward positions for long periods, standing on a variety of surfaces and at differing angles, bending over, crouching and climbing up and over various equipment.

Hourly wage plus OT as needed and excellent benefits package including employer paid medical, dental, vision, 401(k), personal time off and holiday pay.
