Mechanically inclined and comfortable with repetitive, hands-on tasks.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.
Basic computer skills for data entry and documentation.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the shift.
Capable of lifting and moving items up to 30 lbs
Comfortable performing repetitive, hands-on tasks in a lab setting.

WashlabTech duties:
Support the execution of routine laundry product performance tests for prototype evaluation and advertising claims.
Perform standardized testing procedures (e.g., stain removal, softening) after training.
Follow detailed standard operating procedures for washing, drying, staining, and test preparation.
Independently prepare test materials (e.g., labeling fabrics and towels, preparing stains).
