Position Overview

The Waste Water Operator monitors and operates water treatment systems, performs maintenance, and ensures compliance with environmental standards and safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities 

Monitor and operate wastewater treatment systems.
Collect and analyze water samples.
Maintain logs and regulatory compliance records.
Perform routine maintenance on equipment.

Qualifications 

State certification as a wastewater operator.
1+ year of experience in water treatment.
Basic mechanical and laboratory skills.
High school diploma or equivalent.

Compensation

Base Salary Range: $55,000 – $65,000
Bonus or Variable Pay: N/A
Equity or Other Perks: Certification allowance
