Wastewater Field Sampling Technician

MEINCO is seeking to fill the position of a Wastewater Field Sampling Technician.  The position requires the collection, analyzation and transportation of wastewater samples to approved laboratories for more extensive testing in a timely and professional manner.  The Wastewater Field Sampling Technician position is an integral part of MEINCO’s continued growth.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Collect samples according to approved EPA methods.


• Maintain and calibrate all testing equipment.


• Gather all data and submit information in the EPA database.


• Interact with clients in a professional manner.


• Keept the company supplied vehicle in good order.


• The position requires extensive driving.  You must be able to work alone and manage your time.


• Other duties deemed necessary.

Onsite Wastewater Service Provider Skills Required

• Ability to communicate verbally and in writing.


• Professionalism and organizational skills.


• Must be proficient with small hand tools.


• Technology literate, able to use an iPhone and iPad.

Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements

• High School Diploma, minimum.


• Must be proficient in mathematics to include the use of simple formulas.


• Valid drivers license.


• Pass a criminal background check.
