Water Aerobics Instructor

Harvest Green, a vibrant master-planned community, is seeking a certified and energetic Water Aerobics Instructor to lead a once-weekly class for residents. This 55-minute class is designed to promote wellness, movement, and community in a fun, supportive environment. Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and lead a 55-minute water aerobics class once per week


• Deliver safe, effective, and motivating workouts for all fitness levels


• Provide modifications and support to meet individual participant needs


• Set up and break down any equipment used before and after class


• Maintain a safe and welcoming poolside environment


• Communicate clearly and professionally with residents and team members


• Report any facility or safety concerns to the Fitness Director

Requirements:

• Current Group Fitness Certification from an NCCA-accredited organization (e.g., AFAA, ACE, NASM, etc.)


• Current CPR/AED certification


• Experience teaching water-based fitness classes preferred


• Reliable, professional, and friendly demeanor


• Strong communication and group leadership skills

Compensation:

• Competitive hourly rate, based on experience and certification
