Job Title: Water and Fire Restoration Crew Chief

Pay: $70,000-$100,000 a year

What You’ll Do
•Lead field teams on restoration jobs (water, fire, mold, and contents)
•Supervise and train technicians and helpers
•Set up, monitor, and remove drying and filtration equipment
•Perform demolition, cleaning, and moisture inspections
•Document job conditions and work progress in job management apps
•Communicate clearly with customers and Project Managers
•Maintain clean and well-stocked trucks and equipment
•Participate in the on-call rotation for emergency service calls

 Qualifications

•Construction experience preferred especially restoration, interior remodeling, or demo
•IICRC certification (WRT, ASD) is a plus, but not required
•Strong leadership and customer service skills
•Comfortable using mobile apps and software
•Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
•Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in tight or hot spaces
•Must be dependable and coachable

•$25-$35 per hour based on experience
•Monthly performance bonuses
