Water & Wastewater Assistant Project Manager

We are actively seeking a Water & Wastewater Assistant Project Manager to join our dedicated group of professionals in Harrisburg, PA.  As a Water & Wastewater Assistant Project Manager, you are responsible for:

• Assisting with managing environmental water/wastewater projects
• Preparing project designs and reports
• Preparing and administering construction contracts
• Supporting financial functions and resources
• Completing project permitting requirements
• Reviewing and approving project invoices
• Managing proposal scope and budget preparation
• Client relationship management and development activities
• Communicating with other HRG staff as needed to ensure projects are completed timely and on budget

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• 4+ years of professional experience involving: 

                   o Design of water distribution and treatment systems

                   o Wastewater collection, conveyance, and treatment systems and processes

                   o Hydraulics

                   o On lot systems

                   o Environmental assessments

                   o Computer modeling of water systems

                   o Hydraulic design software

                   o PA DEP regulations

• Experience in project management

                   o Ability to provide timely project deliverables

                   o Develop and maintain excellent client satisfaction

• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Previous experience with Deltek VantagePoint preferred
• Professional certification or licensure preferred, but not required
• Holds a valid U.S. driver's license to travel to job sites, meetings and regional offices
• Legal right to work in the U.S.
