Job Summary – Water Conditioning Installer

Water Conditioning Installers at Martin Water Conditioning are experts in water system installation, customer service, and product knowledge.

Water Conditioning Installers are responsible for building relationships with customers and coworkers. They are the face of Martin Water Conditioning and are expected to conduct business in a professional way that honors our mission and core values.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Install water treatment systems.


• Assisting the Service Team with repairs.


• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities:

·        Basic plumbing knowledge is preferred.

·        Excellent communication skills including active listening.

·        Service-oriented and able to follow a plan to produce a neat installation.

·        Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn new software.

·        Good spelling and grammar

Physical Requirements:

·        Must be able to lift up to at least 75 pounds at times.

·        Valid Driver’s License
