Job Description - Water Cooler Installation & Service Technician

Our client, an award winning Atlanta based company is searching for a Water Cooler Installation & Service Technician to join their team.

Primary Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and store personnel through clear communication and dependable service.
Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure a positive and professional experience.
Perform routine maintenance, including filter changes, UV lamp installations, battery replacements, and equipment upgrades.
Troubleshoot and diagnose issues using tools such as pressure gauges, flow meters, multi-meters, and water sampling kits.
Conduct repairs such as fixing leaks, replacing valves and fittings, tightening connections, and handling electrical components.
Safely transport and deliver printing equipment to customer locations.

Qualifications

Solid understanding of plumbing, electrical, and/or mechanical systems.
Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Professional demeanor with a commitment to reliability and responsibility.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Physically capable of bending, squatting, and climbing stairs or ladders as needed.

Additional Information

This is a hands-on, customer-facing role that requires a proactive mindset and attention to detail.
A valid driver’s license and clean driving record is required.
Use of company vehicle for all deliveries, service and installations
