Role description:
Arcadis is seeking an entry-level Engineer, Geologist or Environmental Scientist with 0-2 years’ experience in engineering and/or hydrology to join our Oil and Gas Asset Integrity Team providing technical support, and client development opportunities associated with pipeline integrity and risk assessments. This position is based in Highlands Ranch, CO, Syracuse, NY, or Columbus, OH. Primary focus will be on pipeline integrity associated with natural forces (especially related to rivers).
As part of our Resilience Environment team, you’ll help improve quality of life.

Responsibilities for this position include regular interaction with national and global project teams, making strong written and oral communication skills essential. The role requires the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with strong multitasking skills to meet schedule expectations, even under sometimes demanding conditions. An enthusiastic attitude and the ability to perform site and fieldwork in diverse regions and environments are critical for success. Additionally, strong technical writing and quantitative skills are vital to effectively support project deliverables and ensure high-quality outcomes.

Arcadis offers benefits for full time and part time positions. These benefits include medical, dental, and vision, EAP, 401K, STD, LTD, AD&D, life insurance, paid parental leave, reward & recognition program and optional benefits including wellbeing benefits, adoption assistance and tuition reimbursement. We offer nine paid holidays and 15 days PTO that accrue per year. The salary range for this position is $49,390- $90,877. Actual salaries will vary and are based on several factors, such as experience, education, budget, internal equity, project and location.
