Water Damage Mitigation Project Manager and Quality Control

SI Restoration - our growing family business is looking for a Quality Control / Mitigation Project Manager to join our team and oversee mitigation jobs. Don't get lost in the National Company - be a superstar with us.  Take your water damage restoration experience to the next level as our Quality Control / Mitigation Project Manager.   Responsibilities include  supervising, mentoring and training Mitigation Foreman and Technicians. Checks jobs for Quality control to ensure our service and work objectives are fulfilled.  Performs value added services for customers to assist in exceeding customer expectations. Project Manager will work in the field as a leader and will work with crews as needed.  This position will report to the Mitigation Manager and may be assigned additional tasks.

Requirements:

Minimum of three years experience in the position of lead foreman or manager for a restoration company 

Excellent communication skills, including ability to present and speak in public.

Possess a comprehensive vocabulary.

Ability to exercise integrity, at the moment of choice.

Ability to read, analyze and interpret job information and reports.

Ability to think and reason strategically.

Advanced computer skills including software, hardware, programs and application.

Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, gross margin, mark up, commissions, percentages, area and volume. 

Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.

Ability to read and interpret documents such as map reading, safety rules, and procedure manuals. 

 IICRC certifications including WRT, ASD, TCST, FSRT

Salary in the range of $65,000 to $70,000 (depending on experience) plus commissions and a company vehicle
