Water Filtration Engineer

WolfPack Rentals LLC is a leader in providing on-site housing solutions and advanced water filtration and sewer recycling services. We are committed to innovation, quality, and excellent customer service, and we are looking for a dedicated Water Filtration Engineer to join our team.

The Water Filtration Engineer will oversee the technical aspects of our Water Filtration and Sewer Recycling Service Line. The successful candidate will be responsible for manufacturing new units, managing the supply chain, troubleshooting high-level issues, and assisting the PSL Manager with new development projects. This role requires travel to West Texas, including the Midland and Pecos Districts.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee the manufacturing of new water filtration and sewer recycling units.

- Manage the supply chain by sourcing parts, assessing quality, securing relationships with new vendors, and managing inventory.

- Manage maintenance software and collaborate with lead technicians to coach on software use, focusing on remote resolutions versus in-person service calls.

- Troubleshoot high-level technical issues to ensure efficient operation of filtration systems.

- Assist the PSL Manager with the development of new projects and service lines.

- Travel to West Texas (Midland and Pecos Districts) as required to support operations and address technical challenges.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or extensive experience in manufacturing and filtration systems.

- Proficiency in CAD software.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Willingness to be trained and embrace WolfPack Rentals LLC's culture, values, and safety protocols.

- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.

- Ability to work independently and adapt to varying fields and weather conditions.

- Reliable transportation and punctuality.
