Water Main Planning Analyst

The Water Main Planning Analyst is in charge of coordinating and maintaining the Water CIP list for the past, current and upcoming years as well as candidate projects (hopper). The Analyst will be a key contributor to the Planning team to make edits and updates to Water CIP projects and is responsible for informing other groups within the PMO and CM team of these updates and changes. The Analyst also oversees data and information request sent to the Planning team from the PMO, DWM, as well as other city agencies like CDOT.

WHO YOU ARE

You have experience with ArcGIS Map/Pro and are proficient in in Power BI.You have the ability to maintain Water CIP project lists for past, present, and future years.You have capability to generate and maintain a prioritized list of Water Main CIP project candidates.You have skill in preparing reference materials for aldermanic briefings, budget hearings, and BES.You have exceptional written and oral communication skills.You have exceptional interpersonal skills, with a focus on rapport-building, listening and questioning skills.You have strong documentation skills.You are highly self-motivated and directed, and have keen attention to detail.WHAT YOU'LL DO

You will maintain Water CIP project lists for past, present and future years.You will generate and maintains a prioritized (hopper) list of WM CIP project candidates.You will maintain CIP project status updates in GIS for outside agency coordination.You will prepare reference materials for aldermanic briefings, budget hearings and BES.You will handle client data mapping and reporting requests as they come in.You’ll enjoy what you do.
