Water Meter Replacement Technician

Our client is now hiring for the following positions.

🛠️ Project: 6,000+ Smart Water Meter Upgrades

Join a fast-moving team upgrading water systems with Badger smart meters and cellular endpoints! Whether experienced or ready to train, this is your opportunity to earn big while working outdoors.

💼 Responsibilities

• Install ¾”–1” meters, encoders & endpoints

• Upgrade 1½”–2” meters & chambers

• Retrofit registers/endpoints

• Install encoder or endpoint only

📈 Expectations

• Daily: 18–20 installs

• Weekly Min: 80 installs

• Bonus: $100 for 90 installs/week

💲 Compensation

• Training (3 days): $15/hr

• Per Meter Rates:
  • ¾”-1” Install – $12.50
  • 1.5”-2” Install/Chamber – $50.00
  • Retrofit – $7.50
  • Endpoint or Encoder ONLY – $5.00

• Fuel Reimbursement: $1.00/meter

• Traveling Techs: +$1.00/meter per diem

• Weekly Bonus: $100 at 90 installs

🕖 Schedule

• Yard Check-in: 7:00–7:30 AM

• First Install: 8:00–8:30 AM

• Install 7+ active hours/day

• Log times accurately

🚦 Rules

• No-call/no-show = termination

• Minimum 5-day work week

• No passengers, pets, or distractions

• No drugs/alcohol (zero tolerance)

• Return tools, meters & paperwork daily
