Water Mitigation Foreman

Fast growing Water, Fire & Mold Restoration Company located in Baltimore is seeking an experienced Working Foreman to join our team to work with field crews and manage fire, water and mold clean up jobs.

Responsibilities;

-Communicating the restoration process with homeowners  and obtaining signatures on required paperwork

-Working with and overseeing crews handling mitigation, demolation, drying process, etc

-Responsible for all job documentation and photos

-Must have basic computer skills (entering notes, and photo upload)

Qualifications;

Candidate must have 2 or more years of experience in our field

IICRC Certification for water, fire & mold clean up IS A PLUS!!!

Candidate MUST have availability for after-hours/weekend work and on-call rotation.

Must have a reliable vehicle and good driving record

DRUG FREE WORK PLACE/ MUST PASS  DRUG TEST and BACKGROUND REQUIREMENTS
