Water Project Manager

Midwest multi-disciplined engineering firm is looking to add a Senior Water Project Manager to their Naperville Team!

Responsibilities:

• Lead single/multi-disciplined projects including planning, development, and coordination 
  


• Assist with proposal preparation including project plan/approach, staff assignments, fee development and risk assessment
  


• Review draft agreements and approve scope and fee
  


• Assign staff to appropriate projects
  


• Monitor all aspects of project performance including schedule, budget and billings
  


• Develop QA/QC standards and ensure standards are met through a quality control review
  


• Mentor/train junior staff
  


• Attend client and agency meetings on behalf of firm
  


• Build/maintain client relationships
   
  

Requirements:

• B.S. in Civil Engineering
  


• 8+ years of project management and potable water design experience
  


• PE License
  


• Member of a professional and/or technical societies
  

Salary is commensurate with experience.
