Water Resources Engineer

This position could be a Project Manager, Project Engineer or a Staff Engineer, depending on applicant qualifications. As a Water Resources Engineer, you will work as part of the Water Department on a wide variety of projects. This position needs someone who can work independently and as part of a team. Each day can bring something new, so we need someone excited to meet the challenges head on.

Candidates need a 4-year degree in Engineering for the Project Engineer/Project Manager position, and a South Dakota Professional Engineer license. Staff Engineer candidates must be qualified or registered as an Engineer-In-Training. Candidates must be legally authorized to work permanently in the United States and have a valid driver’s license. This position can be based in Sioux Falls, Brookings, Aberdeen, Pierre, or Vermillion, SD.
