Position Overview

As a Water Resources Project Manager, you'll drive complex sustainable water solutions, oversee multi-million dollar projects, and mentor rising talent while fostering strong relationships with clients and regulatory agencies.

Essential Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor water resources design teams while maintaining quality control standards
• Manage project lifecycles including schedules, budgets, contracts, and proposals
• Direct hydraulic modeling, floodplain mapping, and FEMA documentation
• Oversee stream restoration and stormwater quality initiatives
• Ensure regulatory compliance with RWQCB, SWRCB, and TMDL programs
• Develop client relationships and pursue new business opportunities
• Spearhead technical proposals and project presentations

Required Qualifications

• BS in Civil Engineering (Masters preferred)
• California PE License
• 6+ years water resources engineering experience
• 2+ years project management experience
• Proficiency in SWMM, HEC-RAS, HEC-HMS, and Civil 3D
• Demonstrated expertise in drainage master planning and LID design
• Excellence in written and verbal communication
