For the Project Team Leader role, we are seeking a skilled and motivated Restoration Project Manager to oversee and coordinate restoration projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will be a leader with experience in the restoration or construction industry, excellent organizational skills, and a dedication to delivering exceptional results for our clients.

Skills and Specifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
• Expected to be knowledgeable of residential and commercial building construction and demolition
• Knowledge of basic electrical and plumbing
• Possess critical thinking skills
• Fluent in English, bi-lingual a plus but not required
• Expected to interact positively with other employees of all levels
• Exhibit adaptability, flexibility, self-control and maturity in work and behavior
• Recognize situations that require notification of a manager
• Analyze, interpret and communicate data effectively both verbally and in writing
• effectively present information and respond to questions from leadership
• Complete assignments with promptness and accuracy

Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree or equivalent
• Valid Drivers license with no more than 3 moving violations and or at fault accidents on record in the past 7 years
• No conviction of a drug or alcohol or felony related incident on your background
• Legal and authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization or sponsorship by our company now or in the future
• 18 years and older
• Ability to effectively communicate in English both verbally and in writing
