Water Sales Enrollment Representative Duties:

• Work with businesses to educate them on water service delivery options and guide them through the delivery and enrollment process during direct B2B outreach
• Recommend water products based on customer preferences and the gallon sizes their business needs during the sales consultation
• Educate clients on service benefits and sustainability practices achieved through enrollment
• Maintain product and feature knowledge of all water-based products
• Track inventory, orders, and customer requests in the enrollment CRM
• Collaborate with fellow Water Sales Enrollment Representatives to achieve daily sales goals
• Ensure high-quality customer satisfaction and follow-ups
