Role Summary
Our technicians are the first to arrive on-site, speak with the owner of the property, and communicate their findings to the insurance company. Once you have mitigated the loss, you will enjoy the gratitude of the property owners knowing that you have helped to restore their lives. The technicians are the “heroes” because they are there when needed most. They bring calm to the chaos.
Responsibilities
- Serve people in our community that have experienced a disaster on their property.
- Water extraction, demolition, setting up drying equipment, furniture, and hard contents manipulation, taking moisture level readings, mold remediation, disinfecting, tarping, board up
- Following IICRC Standards; training available for IICRC Certifications
- Communicating with customers and getting all necessary documentation signed
- Completing reports to show the progress of drying; using technology
- Documenting with pictures
- Be accessible by phone and participate, as necessary, in the on-call schedule.
- Every day is different. This is not a job for those who seek routine work.
- The technicians use technology to report diagnostics with instruments designed for this type of work. There is a science behind good mitigation work. Take pride in what you do.
Qualifications
- Desire to join a world-class team and contribute a positive attitude

- Fluent in English
- Clean criminal background check
- Ability to pass a drug test
- Valid driver's license with a clean record
- Ability to work nights/weekends per an ON-CALL schedule; overtime bonus
- Ability to lift 75 pounds
