Water Well Technician

We are seeking a Licensed Water Well Pump Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in installing, maintaining, and repairing water well pump systems. Key Responsibilities:

• Install and service submersible and above-ground pump systems.


• Diagnose and troubleshoot pump and pressure system issues.


• Perform water well testing and inspections.


• Ensure all work complies with state and local codes and regulations.


• Maintain accurate records of service calls, materials used, and job status.


• Operate heavy equipment, tools, and machinery safely and efficiently.


• Interact professionally with customers and represent the company positively.


• Participate in on-call rotation for emergency repairs as needed.

Qualifications:

• Valid Water Well Pump Installer license (required).


• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience (preferred).


• Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of water systems.


• Ability to read blueprints and technical diagrams.


• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.


• Ability to lift 75+ lbs and work in various outdoor conditions.
