Job Description - Water/Fire Restoration Sales Representative

Our number one priority is to quickly bring your property back to its original condition.

Job Summary
We're seeking a hardworking and dedicated Restoration Sales Representative to join our team! The ideal candidate for this position should have a proven track record of success in sales management, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of the property restoration industry.

Key Responsibilities

Identify new business opportunities, build relationships with key stakeholders, and expand the company's market presence.

Develop and implement effective sales strategies

Provide excellent customer service

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments

Requirements

1-2 years of restoration sales experience

High School Diploma- GED/Associates; Bachelor's degree preferred

Xactimate, DASH, and MICA experience preferred

IICRC qualifications strongly encouraged - WRT, FSRT, AMRT

Commercial/Residential construction experience

Background in reconstruction/mitigation
