Water/Sewer Operator Levels I, II or III

The Town of Essex is seeking to fill a vacancy for a Water/Sewer Operator Class I, II or III in the Water/Sewer Division of Public Works. This is a full time position with Town benefits. The minimum starting salary for this role varies depending on the level the chosen candidate is qualified for. The ranges for each level are as follows:

Class I - $19.54 to $25.41

Class II - $21.50 to $27.95

Class III - $24.97 to $34.34

This position requires a CDL and a Class D Water Operators License upon hire or within the first year of employment. The Town of Essex will pay for all needed trainings and licensures relating to this requirement.
