Water/Wastewater Project Engineer

As a Water/Wastewater Project Engineer at the company, you will lead and support critical infrastructure projects, including sewershed studies, rehabilitation designs, water distribution systems, wastewater treatment facilities, and pump stations. You'll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop engineering solutions that are innovative, efficient, and sustainable.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning and design of water and wastewater infrastructure projects
• Conduct technical analysis, modeling, and preparation of engineering reports
• Evaluate and interpret survey data, maps, blueprints, and geotechnical information
• Design water/wastewater systems using AutoCAD Civil 3D, Revit, and ArcGIS
• Prepare contract plans, technical specifications, and construction cost estimates
• Review design plans to ensure quality, compliance, and accuracy
• Collaborate with clients, attend project meetings, and communicate project progress
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Environmental, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering from an ABET-accredited institution
• 510 years of hands-on experience in water/wastewater engineering
• Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D, Revit, ArcGIS, MS Project, and Microsoft Office
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
