Water/Wastewater Project Engineer

We're looking for a detail-oriented and advancement-driven Project Engineer with 510 years of experience in the water/wastewater industry. You'll play a key role in the planning and design of critical municipal infrastructure projects, including sewershed studies, rehabilitation work, water distribution systems, pump stations, and treatment facilities. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and execute multiple water and wastewater projects simultaneously from concept through construction.
• Perform design calculations and use design tools such as AutoCAD Civil 3D, Revit, and ArcGIS.
• Prepare reports, technical specifications, construction cost estimates, and engineering drawings.
• Analyze maps, surveys, blueprints, geologic data, and site conditions to inform designs.
• Identify and resolve collection/distribution system deficiencies and develop effective engineering solutions.
• Participate in field investigations and site visits as needed.
• Attend and contribute to client meetings; assist with meeting documentation.
• Ensure designs meet regulatory requirements, safety standards, and client specifications.
• Guide junior engineers and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Review designs to ensure quality, accuracy, and compliance with the Project Management Plan.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Environmental, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering (ABET-accredited).
• 510 years of relevant experience in water/wastewater infrastructure design.
• Proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D, Revit, ArcGIS, MS Project, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
