We're seeking an experienced Professional Engineer to lead complex municipal water and wastewater projects while mentoring technical staff and delivering innovative solutions that enhance public health and environmental sustainability.

Position Overview

In this leadership role, you'll oversee comprehensive water and wastewater engineering projects from conception through completion, ensuring technical excellence, regulatory compliance, and client satisfaction. You'll manage multimillion-dollar infrastructure initiatives while building strong relationships with stakeholders and mentoring future industry leaders.

Essential Responsibilities

• Direct multiple concurrent water/wastewater infrastructure projects from planning through construction
• Lead client communications and present at municipal meetings and public hearings
• Oversee technical staff and provide mentorship for professional development
• Manage project financials, schedules, and quality control processes
• Develop comprehensive facility evaluations and infrastructure assessment reports
• Guide preparation of construction documents, specifications, and permit applications
• Coordinate with regulatory agencies, contractors, and municipal stakeholders
• Oversee Act 537 Planning, Chapter 94 Reporting, and municipal reviews

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering
• Active Professional Engineer (P.E.) license in Pennsylvania
• 15+ years of water/wastewater engineering experience
• Demonstrated expertise in PADEP regulations and permitting processes
• Proven track record managing large-scale infrastructure projects
• Strong knowledge of treatment processes, hydraulics, and distribution systems
• Excellence in project management and team leadership
