Primary Responsibilities

Plan, direct and monitor all aspects of large multidiscipline projects or medium-sized projects with high degree of technical complexity, typically involving a large project staff
Produce and coordinate several projects concurrently
Establish client relations and be involved with marketing, contractual, design and production meetings
Coordinate staffing and workload of staff through entire project development to complete documents on schedule
Conduct schematic, design development and contract document work sessions at project sites in conjunction with other Project Managers, appropriate technical professionals and other disciplines
Work with the Business/Accounting Managers, Project Controllers or Company Controllers and Department Manager or Managing Principal for project reviews
Implement QA/QC procedures and execute training for personnel as established

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering
10 years related experience
A minimum 5 years project management experience
PE license
MS Office and MS Project experience is required (Access experience would be plus)
Demonstrated leadership, business development and strategic planning skills
An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must

Preferred Qualifications

Master's degree
PMP certification
Preferred 15+ years of experience working in large, complex projects with strong project management background
Water/Wastewater Project Engineering experience preferred, including complex water/wastewater projects including condition assessments, planning and design of collection systems, distribution systems and/or treatment plant projects.
