WCF Cementing Specialist

The WS Field Specialist located in New Iberia, Louisiana is responsible for maintaining safe, efficient, and reliable PSD to Customers. The WS Field Specialist - WIT identifies opportunities to improve service delivery, implements standard work, and manage, risk during service delivery.\n\n * Ensure job deliverables are accurate and delivered on time.\n * Responsible for service delivery execution.\n * Participate in job risk analysis and continual improvement programs.\n * Develop customer contacts to promote company products and services.\n * Ensure company and regulatory standard compliance by implementing the CAT, self-assessments, and wellsite inspections.\n * Participate in Service Quality Meetings with customers and improve performance using action plans.\n * Participate in HSE and Quality initiatives.\n * Wear PPE and observe HSE policies.\n * Maintain the required safety training.\n\n\n\n * High school diploma or GED\n * Solid Communication skills\n * Must be able to work independently\n * Must be able to work under pressure in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment\n * Must be able to work with the team in developing improved work processes for the department\n * Candidates must be able to legally work and reside in the US, without sponsorship\n\n\n
