What You'll Do:

• Meet with members to assess financial needs and recommend smart solutions.
• Open and service investment advisory accounts with periodic reviews.
• Co-develop and execute business plans to grow your market.
• Educate branch employees and host financial planning seminars.
• Make outbound calls and attend local events to generate prospects.
• Practice our core values: Make It Right, Make It Easy, Make It Personal.

Must-Haves:

• CA Life, Accident and Health License
• FINRA SIE (Securities Industry Essentials)
• FINRA Series 7
• FINRA Series 66 OR Series 63 AND Series 65

Preferred Credentials:

• Certified Financial Planner (CFP®)
• Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA)
• Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC®)

What We’re Looking For:

• Understanding of basic financial concepts and planning.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Tech-savvy with Microsoft Office and internet tools.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and results-driven.
• Team player with a passion for helping others.

Work Details:

• Department: Wealth Management
• Reports To: AVP, Wealth Management
• Status: Non-Exempt
• Schedule: 40 hours/week, with occasional overtime and travel for seminars or conferences.
