Wealth Management KYC Product Owner

Our client is seeking an experienced Wealth Management KYC Product Owner to support high-impact initiatives across their KYC regulatory program and Unified Digital Platform strategic initiatives. In this role, you will drive requirements management, facilitate cross-functional stakeholder coordination, and ensure regulatory compliance across product development.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

• Support high-impact projects across the KYC regulatory program and Unified Digital Platform strategic program
• Create, refine, and maintain requirements in Jira in close collaboration with product squads
• Drive requirement reviews and approvals with Legal, Risk, Compliance, and Fraud teams to ensure regulatory alignment
• Facilitate seamless coordination between product and UX design teams to support effective product delivery
• Coordinate dependency requirements with partnering business teams to ensure integrated solutions
• Manage stakeholder communication and alignment across multiple cross-functional teams and business units
• Serve as the primary point of contact for requirements clarification and product owner decisions

Requirements

• 7–10 years of product ownership or requirements management experience, preferably in financial services or regulated environments
• Demonstrated expertise with Jira and requirements management tools
• Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance frameworks and KYC (Know Your Customer) processes
• Proven ability to coordinate with legal, risk, compliance, and fraud teams in a regulated setting
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional communication skills
• Ability to synthesize complex requirements and communicate them clearly across technical and non-technical audiences
• Experience managing multiple dependencies and coordinating between product, design, and business partners
