Fairway is seeking a Wealth Manager to join its Wealth Advisory Services team. This is a fiduciary advisory role with no financial product sales and offers the opportunity to serve as a trusted advisor to high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth families.
The Wealth Manager will take primary responsibility for assigned client relationships, delivering integrated wealth management advice across investments, tax planning, estate planning, cash flow, retirement, risk management, charitable giving, executive compensation, and business interests. This individual will work closely with clients and their outside professional advisors to ensure strategies remain coordinated and aligned with each family's goals.
This is a hybrid role (4 days in office / Fridays remote).
Primary Responsibilities:
The Wealth Manager will serve as the lead advisor for an assigned portfolio of high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth families, taking ownership of the client relationship and coordinating comprehensive wealth management strategies. This individual will collaborate with internal team members and external professional advisors to deliver thoughtful, integrated advice and an exceptional client experience.

The annualized “all-in” pay range for this role is expected to be between $150,000-$250,000 compensation range. Actual base pay may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, experience, subject matter expertise, geographic location where work will be performed, and the applicant’s skill set. The base pay is just one component of the total compensation package. Other rewards may include an annual cash bonus and a comprehensive benefits package, including but not limited to medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and 401(k). Please note that the job title is subject to change based on the selected candidate’s experience and education.
