• Serve high-net-worth individuals and families with sophisticated retirement, tax, estate, investment, and financial-planning needs 
• Compensation of $150,000+ in the first year, including a significant base salary, performance-based bonus, and incentives tied to referrals and new business participation  

Requirements 

• 3+ years of wealth-management experience
• CFP strongly preferred
