Web Development Manager - Professional Development Opportunities

As a Web Development Manager, you will be responsible for managing our website's development, maintenance, and integration. The successful candidate will understand the brand's objectives and user needs and ensure that our online platforms offer an optimal user experience while meeting the marketing objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage development, maintenance, testing, and enhancements of our website.

- Oversee website functionality, monitor performance and troubleshoot.

- Work closely with the marketing team to optimize website visibility and performance.

- Ensure website's security and perform regular updates.

- Manage CMS (Content Management System), including updates and maintenance.

- Coordinate web projects across departments; align project scope and design with overall business strategy.

- Oversee website's architecture and infrastructure to ensure it can handle the company's needs.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Proven work experience as a web manager or similar role.

- Familiarity with web design processes and techniques, and a keen eye for design, usability and detail.

- Experience managing CMS.

- Proficient in relevant web design coding languages.

- Experience in system analysis and web development.

- Exceptional problem-solving capabilities.

- Strong communication skills, both in a team and client-facing setting.

- Experience in Agile teams.

- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong project management skills with an ability to deliver on time.
