Scope of the Position:
We are looking for an experienced Web Optimization Specialist join our team to drive website traffic, engage audiences, and support the Museum’s goals. This position report to the Director of Art and Design and will managing SEO and webpage content and site structure by using a headless Drupal CMS, ensuring it aligns with user needs, accessibility standards, and SEO best practices while collaborating and working closely with developers, marketing, designers and institutional stakeholders to maintain a dynamic and engaging online presence.
The Web Optimization Specialist is responsible for website pages, markup, data, assets and elements by creating pages, granting permission to users, modifying new structures using components that have been built by the website’s developers, and analyzing data to optimize user experience. This position requires a keen eye for design, excellent communication and time management skills, and a solid understanding of web technologies, SEO and web analytics to increase user engagement and support business growth.
