Job Title: Webmaster / Merchandiser Shopify Specialist

ALL IN ONE Employment Services is seeking a detail-oriented and creative Webmaster/Merchandiser to manage and enhance our client Shopify-based e-commerce website. This role is perfect for someone who understands both the technical and visual aspects of running an online store, with a strong eye for aesthetics, user experience, and conversion optimization.
Maintain and update the Shopify website, including new product uploads, visual merchandising, home page banners, seasonal content, and landing pages.
Ensure optimal product presentationimages, descriptions, sizing, categories, pricing, and metadata are consistent, clear, and conversion-focused.
Organize and merchandise collections (e.g., sunglasses, optical, mens, womens, kids) based on trends, inventory, and performance metrics.
Monitor and troubleshoot website functionality, performance, and responsiveness across all devices and browsers.
Coordinate product launches, promotional campaigns, and limited releases to ensure timely and accurate online execution.
Collaborate with marketing and design teams to align on email, ad, and social campaigns.
Leverage Shopify analytics and tools (or Google Analytics, Hotjar, etc.) to identify trends and improve user experience, conversion rates, and AOV.
Conduct regular SEO audits and optimize product and site content accordingly.
Implement and manage Shopify apps to enhance features such as reviews, upselling, filtering, and user customization (e.g., virtual try-on if applicable).
Ensure website reflects current stock availability, discontinued SKUs, and restocks in real-time.
2+ years of experience managing Shopify websites (preferably for a fashion, accessories, or eyewear brand).
Strong understanding of e-commerce merchandising, product lifecycle, and consumer behavior.
Basic proficiency in HTML/CSS and familiarity with Shopify Liquid is a plus.
Experience with Shopify apps (filtering tools, reviews, bundling, etc.)
Solid grasp of UX/UI best practices and mobile-first design principles.
Comfortable with basic image editing (Photoshop, Canva) for on-site assets.
Analytical mindset able to interpret data and make informed decisions.
Highly organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks and updates independently.
Background in fashion retail or eyewear is a strong plus
Familiarity with tools like Klaviyo, Meta ads, or Google Shopping
Experience supporting customer journey optimization through personalization and on-site search improvements
