What You Will Be Doing
- Design, develop, and maintain digital technology infrastructure supporting enterprise applications and services
- Support, administer, and optimize IBM WebSphere and Oracle WebLogic environments
- Configure and tune middleware platforms for performance, reliability, scalability, clustering, and security
- Support web hosting technologies such as Apache, IIS, IBM HTTP Server, Oracle HTTP Server, NGINX, or similar platforms
- Develop and maintain automation scripts using tools and languages such as wsadmin, WLST, Python, Shell, or similar scripting technologies
- Integrate platform automation with CI/CD pipelines to support smooth and reliable software releases
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, designers, stakeholders, and cross -functional technology teams
- Write clean, efficient, scalable code and contribute to software development and platform engineering initiatives
- Support testing, debugging, troubleshooting, and resolution of complex platform and application issues
- Create and maintain documentation for applications, deployment processes, platform configurations, and system operations
- Participate in code reviews, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement efforts
- Support monitoring, performance optimization, and production reliability using tools such as AppDynamics, Datadog, or similar platforms
- Apply security best practices related to SSL/TLS, LDAP, SSO, authentication, secure configurations, and compliance standards
- Support cloud hosting and containerized middleware workloads using Docker, Kubernetes, or related technologies

Requirements
Five or more years of relevant platform engineering, middleware, systems engineering, DevOps, or enterprise application infrastructure experience
Deep professional expertise with IBM WebSphere and Oracle WebLogic administration
Experience with clustering, performance tuning, secure configurations, troubleshooting, and platform optimization
Strong knowledge of web hosting technologies, including Apache, IIS, IBM HTTP Server, Oracle HTTP Server, NGINX, or similar tools
Professional experience with automation and scripting using wsadmin, WLST, Python, Shell, or related technologies
Experience integrating automation with CI/CD pipelines
Familiarity with security best practices, SSL/TLS, LDAP, SSO, authentication, and compliance standards
Experience with monitoring and performance optimization tools such as AppDynamics, Datadog, or similar platforms
Exposure to cloud hosting and containerization, including Docker, Kubernetes, or related technologies
Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to lead complex platform initiatives
Ability to collaborate with cross -functional teams and communicate effectively with technical and non -technical stakeholders
Ability to mentor and guide junior engineers
Experience working in a highly complex enterprise environment
Experience supporting geographically dispersed teams
Experience working directly with stakeholders, application teams, infrastructure teams, and security teams
Strong understanding of twelve -factor application methodology, deployment automation, and platform reliability
Experience improving software development and deployment processes
Background supporting business -critical applications with high uptime expectations
Benefits
- Base salary range of $125,000 to $160,000
