Grand Villa is an active seniors community that has recently reopened its doors after rebuilding our superior Assisted Living facility. We are seeking a dedicated Weekend Recreation Coordinator who is passionate about serving our senior population and keeping them engaged through various activities. This role is perfect for students interested in healthcare or retirees looking for meaningful connections and extra income.

Key Responsibilities:

- Organize and facilitate recreational activities such as games, movie screenings, arts and crafts, and other therapeutic programs for seniors.

- Foster a positive and engaging environment that encourages participation and social interaction among residents.

- Collaborate with the senior care team to ensure activities align with the interests and needs of our residents.

- Maintain a safe and welcoming space for all participants during activities.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Experience or interest in working with seniors is preferred.

- Creative thinking and enthusiasm for planning engaging activities.

- Flexibility to work weekends and adapt to changing schedules.
