Phoenix Home Care and Hospice is looking for a caring and reliable caregiver to support a client who benefits greatly from steady weekly care. Even one shift can make a meaningful difference when it provides routine, comfort, and connection.

What We Need:
• CNA certification or strong caregiver experience
• Background in memory care or experience supporting clients with cognitive needs
• Commitment to working every Saturday

What You Will Do:
• Provide personal care and emotional support
• Assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation
• Run occasional errands
• Support daily routines such as bathing and dressing

Requirements:
• Must be 18 or older with a valid driver’s license
• Reliable vehicle and current auto insurance
• Ability to lift 50 lbs
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
