Weekend Fulfillment Associate Lead

• Oversee pickers/packers
• Actively work and communicate directly with the Operations Manager on day to day account operations and issues
• Handle and facilitate special instructions for each assigned account
• Overseeing pick queue
• Provide visibility and feedback of the operational side of a given account
• Ensure the warehouse operates at peak efficiency, with customer satisfaction being the primary goal
• Assist in employee development by training new team members
• Ensure quality control efforts are in place with each order

Schedule: Saturday–Monday, 6am–6pm, with occasional overtime during the week.
 

2+ years experience working within a fulfillment center

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs without restrictions

Able to stand and walk continuously during the entire length of the shift (8+ hours)

Forklift certified or experience is a plus but not necessary

Desire to work in a fast-paced, tech-oriented, warehouse environment

Good communication skills
