Weekend Hours - Direct Support Professional/DSP

Do meaningful work in your community. BAYADA work one-on-one in home and community settings as a companion and mentor for individuals with intellectual or developmental disability to help them reach their full potential.

We have part time weekend needs with potential to reach 40 hours ; job openings in the following locations:

Canonsburg, PA 15317 and surrounding areas

Shift needs include:

Sat/Sun 9a-1030p

Fri-Sun 1030p-7/9a

Job Responsibilities for DSPs

• You will provide personal care assistance (dressing, grooming)


• You will accompany clients on errands and appointments


• You will spend time on the client’s favorite hobbies and activities


• You will assist with everyday tasks, such as meal preparation


• You will participate in community integration activities

Qualifications for DSPs:

• One year experience working with I/DD individuals; If you do not have this experience, training is available through our apprentice program


• High school diploma or equivalent
