WEEKEND LEAD
For over 30 years, My Gym Childrens Fitness Center has set the industry standard in the field of childrens fitness and physical activity. Right now, in more than 400 locations, My Gym teachers are helping children all over the world build a strong foundation for a lifelong love of physical fitness.and we want you to join the team! Our training systems are second to none and will prepare you to lead a fun, high-energy class while teaching children important physical, cognitive, and emotional skills to build strong bodies and healthy minds.

We are looking for someone who brings a lot of energy, drive, and hustle to our team. The job is fast-paced; when you work with kids, you always have to be on our toes! When staff is off the floor, we want our My Gym teachers to apply their quick-thinking minds to the business end. By the time you finish training, youll know how to teach, administrate, and even sell a great class.

IMPORTANT:
+Special consideration will be given to those who also have work experience in an office setting or in sales.
+The strongest candidates will also have a background in physical activity (gymnastics, sports, dance, martial arts, general fitness, theater etc.).
+Able to provide successful record of creative problem-solving, solution oriented activity and flexibility in work.

Other job requirements:

• Keep the office organized
• Answer all inquiries from social media, phone, and website
• Learn the MGM management system
• Manage and track all inquiries from inquiry to enrollment
• Ensure guest confirmation calls are being made daily
• Ensure that guest follow-ups are happening and being documented
• A genuine love for working with children and helping them succeed
• A positive, coachable attitude: There are no egos at My Gym.
• Ambition: There is a lot of room to grow at My Gym.
• The availability to work weekends. This is a Friday-Sunday position.
• Clean background check
• Ability to Problem Solve and find solutions.
