Weekend Live-In Nanny – Miami, FL

Temporary 15-Month Position | $40/hour | 27 Guaranteed Hours Per Week

A private Miami family is seeking an experienced, warm, and highly dependable Weekend Live-In Nanny for a temporary three-month assignment.

A parent has broken their foot and is recovering, so the family needs extra support caring for their 3-year-old son on weekends.

Position Details

• Location: Miami, FL
• Duration: Approximately 3 months
• Child: 3-year-old boy
• Compensation: $40/hour
• Hours: 27 Guaranteed Hours per week - $1,080 per week
• Live-In: Private accommodations provided during the weekend assignment

Guaranteed Schedule

• Friday: 5:00pm - 8:00pm - 3 hours
• Saturday: 7:30am - 7:30pm - 12 hours
• Sunday: 7:30am - 7:30pm - 12 hours
• Total: 27 hours per weekend

Guaranteed hours will be paid whether or not work is made available by the employer.

Responsibilities

• Full hands-on care of 3-year-old son
• Preparing meals and snacks for child
• Organizing age-appropriate activities and outings
• Assisting with bath and bedtime routines
• Keeping the children's areas neat and organized
• Providing extra support while parent recovers from foot injury

The ideal candidate is nurturing, proactive, organized, and confident managing a toddler's needs and routines independently.

The nanny should be comfortable with a weekend live-in arrangement and become a trusted, reliable presence for the family.

Qualifications

• Several years of professional nanny experience, including toddler experience
• Strong experience caring for children in a private-home setting
• Warm, engaging, and nurturing personality
• Highly organized and proactive
• Excellent references
• Comfortable working independently
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record preferred
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
