What You'll Do

Every day is a little different! Responsibilities include:

• Welcome residents, families, and visitors. 
• Answer and direct incoming calls. 
• Assist residents with requests and questions. 
• Coordinate dining reservations and guest suite bookings. 
• Process mail and deliveries. 
• Prepare notices, spreadsheets, and office documents. 
• Enter maintenance work orders. 
• Support various administrative projects. 
• Help keep our front office running smoothly while providing outstanding customer service. 

We're Looking For Someone Who...

• Loves helping people. 
• Enjoys working independently while staying busy. 
• Has excellent communication and customer service skills. 
• Is organized and detail-oriented. 
• Is comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook). 
• Can multitask while maintaining a positive attitude.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED. 
• One year of office or administrative experience preferred. 
• Valid Maine driver's license. 
• CPR certification (or willingness to obtain within six months).
