We are looking for individuals to work in our Mesa, Chandler, Tempe, San Tan Valley and Queen Creek Group Homes that house up to 10 young men and women ages 11-17. As a Residential Group Home Staff member, it will be your job to mentor the youth, take care of any and all of their needs, teach our independent living skills program, organize events/activities, assist with their visits and meetings, school work, extracurriculars, etc.

We are looking for reliable and compassionate employees with integrity and strength that are excited and motivated to make a difference in the lives of the troubled youth we take care of.

Shifts available are typically overnights, evenings or weekend shifts.

Brothers and Keepers runs nine Group Homes, housing up to ten youth at each home. Plenty of room for growth and movement within the company!

Locations: Mesa, Queen Creek, Chandler, Tempe

All of our youth come from the Department of Child Safety (DCS)

QUALIFICATIONS: Must be a minimum of 25 yrs. old

You must have the following documentation proof:

- Pass Criminal Background (Agency will provide document)

- Fingerprint Level 1 clearance card (DPS) if not must obtain within 30 days

- First Aid/CPR (Referral can be provided)

- Arizona Driver’s License

- High School Diploma/GED or higher
